I purchased 2 of the Lodge chairs without the opportunity to sit in them and have been more than satisfied. They are comfortable and cute at the same time. I love the chairs! I made sure that the store knew what super chairs they were especially since you do very little fully upholstered pieces. These will definitely become heirloom chairs for my family."

"I just acquired an Old Hickory chair and it is lovely, and I am thrilled to own it. My 'engagement Old Hickory chair' was purchased from a neighbor of my fiancé in Covington, LA. I am going to ask her where she acquired the piece. It makes it even more exciting to know this type chair was used at a Y Camp (Camp Olsen), as I went to a YWCA in Arkansas as a girl in the 1960s. Our camp was open from 1917 to 1985, but we have been having yearly reunions for the past 8 years, and some of the girls have purchased property on the original grounds of our camp, where we still go canoeing and vacation several times a year. Great memories...just found you on Facebook....Love that Old Hickory is still American-made! Keep the faith!!

I love my Old Hickory pieces. While a bit pricey, I consider it an investment that will last not only my lifetime, but will be passed on to my children. My design style is Lodge/Western and Old Hickory is the perfect compliment to our home. I own the Cody chair in Grand Canyon and red leather and a dining room set (extension table, 6 chairs and sideboard) in black and white hair on hide. I also have numerous lamps and small accessories. The Cody chair is the most comfortable seat in my house and when family comes to visit they head for it, calling "dibs"". "I have numerous books by Ralph Kylloe that feature Old Hickory pieces and I love how antique pieces of Old Hickory blend seamlessly with new additions." "I consider myself a collector of Old Hickory and it is always exciting when I acquire a new piece." "My only suggestion: It would be great if you offered a larger variety of footstools/ottomans. The Cody ottoman is too large for the space I have. It would be great to have a smaller version that could not only be used as an ottoman, but serve as a small extra seat when we have large gatherings."
